SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We use standard ground shipping for all our orders. Please allow for 7-10 business days for your order to arrive in Canada and USA.  International order may take 10+ business days, again, standard shipping will apply.  Depending on where you live, orders may arrive sooner or later than the estimated times.  Please also keep in mind that holidays and other work stoppages related to transportation, border services, and other occurrences may factor in for later than expected deliveries.

 

We must charge for 2 or less scorebooks, however our bundles do provide FREE shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

If you provide a shipping address that results in your order being returned to Scorelocker as it is undeliverable, the customer is responsible to pay the re-shipping fee.

 

NOTE: If there is no error in the original shipping address, we will require a new address for the second shipment as to avoid an undeliverable shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you receive a product that is defective (11 scorecards are unfortunate mistake, not a defect and extra scorecards are considered a bonus), we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase and replace your product with a new one.  If there is a minor defect that does not affect usage, we will provide you with a one time promo code in good faith for your next purchase.  We will require proof of defect before validating a return or promo code discount.  

  • Used products cannot be returned.

  • If you are not happy with the unused product and would like to submit a return within 14 days, please see the 3 step process.

    1. You must return the product to Scorelocker and pay the shipping cost.

    2. Product must not be used, returned products will result is a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your purchase return value (See restocking fee listed below for the value of your restocking fee).  

    3. If any of the products are used or deemed inappropriate for re-sale, the regular retail value of each damaged or used product will be deducted from your return.

Restocking fees

A restocking fee is charged for returns to recover costs on product during the fulfillment process, shipping, free shipping promo paid by Scorelocker, product inspection and repackaging of products.

  • Under $25 = $3 USD 

  • $25 to $75 = $7 USD 

  • $75 to $150 = $12 USD

  • $150 Plus = 10% of the purchase price

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your return minus restocking and used or damaged product fees within 2-3 business days.
